Returns Policy

Order cancellation
When you place an order through the online shop https://roeoliveoil.com/, you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed it.
For any returns of your products, you can send your request in writing via email to info@roeoliveoil.com. For any information you require, please contact us using the contact details on our website. Products you wish to return must be in excellent condition, with packaging sealed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In the event you open the product's packaging, you must ensure it is returned in perfect condition, along with all parts and accessories it comprises. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you hand them over to our store or to the shipping company or courier company.
Our company is not liable for defects or poor quality of products supplied to customers. All products are received from suppliers pre-packaged. In the event that a defective product is demonstrably found among the delivered products, you have the right to return it and have it replaced at our shipping cost.
Should they not be returned within 15 days, our company reserves the right not to accept any return or product replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided under the returns policy, all rights afforded to consumers under existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in relation to product warranty terms, are recognised in all cases.
Return of returned products
If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will bear the direct cost of returning the products. The collection of returned products can only take place from the address you originally stated for their dispatch and which you have indicated to us in writing.
Do you agree to provide our company with as many details as possible regarding the goods receipt address, for example floor, difficulties for the haulier/courier's access, presence of a lift, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the collection process from the location you will indicate. Do you agree that there will be appropriate access to the premises for the collection of the returned goods.
If the courier considers that collecting the products from the location you indicate may cause damage to your property, they will inform you verbally and record it on the collection form. You may instruct the courier company to collect the products despite this notification; however, we will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your property or the goods, given that the products.
You agree to give your partner all products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories that make them up. Upon receipt of the returned products by the carrier, you will sign a receipt to certify that the delivery to the carrier has taken place. The receipt will be provided to you by the partner carrier/courier.
If you are unable to be present yourself when collecting goods from the premises, you can appoint a representative to undertake this process on your behalf. This representative must be an adult and capable of overseeing the collection of your products for you.
Refund of the value of returned products
Provided you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning in the same way you made the original transaction, unless you wish for a different method of refund, for which you must inform us in writing.
The refund for returned products will be processed as soon as possible. In any case, it will be processed after you inform us in writing of your request for product returns and we accept their return, and provided that the products have been handed over to the partner transport company/courier.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- the supply of goods manufactured according to specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalised (Private Label Products)
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other elements
Difference
- Force Majeure: If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by telephone or e-mail, so that you may inform us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. Our company bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
- In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that some products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the necessary details and send you the products you did not receive at no extra charge.
- Modification of the terms of this agreement: Our company reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions of transactions. It undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
- If you do not receive your ordered goods (and a considerable amount of time has passed since the order was placed), please contact our company. For your best and quickest service, we would recommend that you provide the special order code that was sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into Greek legislation by means of KYA 70330/2015 and Decision 31619, Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8), the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is provided for throughout the European Union. If the Customer has a problem with a purchase made from the Online Shop and resides in the EU, he/she can use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for an out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
